At Yellowbird our psychologist's will assess your current situation and administer relevant psychometric functional assessments to provide you a complete psychosocial functional capacity assessment and report for the NDIS.

We understand that everyone has a busy life. We understand that sometimes it’s just not possible to make it out to one of our clinics or have us visit you. We get it. This service is for those who prefer the convenience or privacy of their own homes, or even while on the go or you may live in a regional area. Assessments are held online and links to assessments are provided via email.

Please note the following:
- Assessment costs can vary depending on what assessments are administered and how many hours/units in total. This can be discussed with the psychologist. In general, most assessments/reports will use 10 hours, with up to 20-30hrs for complex assessments and behaviour management plans
