Yellowbird focuses on supporting individuals in their own home. Generally funded by NDIS as SIL or flexible use of NDIS core and/or privately funded. You can be supported in your home up to 24/7 with active or sleepover support models.
Every client will have access to a range of specialist clinical supports including psychology, behaviour support and occupational therapy, as needed. Our Wellbeing Services teams are trained, experienced and love what they do.
